Visualization Workshop for Principals and Teachers - Project Umang, Balapur

To kickstart the academic year, a Visualization Workshop for principals and teachers was conducted with the aim of clearly communicating and discussing the yearly plan, focus areas, and objectives.

Designed as an interactive session, the workshop featured engaging activities that encouraged participants to share their perspectives and explore practical approaches for effective implementation.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive - participants shared that the workshop not only gave them a clearer understanding of the year’s roadmap but also boosted their confidence in bringing the plan to life in their schools.
