Umang Stakeholder Meet: Celebrating Joyful Learning and Collective Impact

A stakeholder meeting was held in Balapur, bringing together 116 stakeholder including clients, school headmasters, teachers, and volunteers to reflect on the progress and impact of the Umang – Joy of Learning project.

The event opened on a vibrant note with a classical dance performance and an engaging student skit, setting the stage for meaningful discussions. Esteemed guests, including Mr. Karthik Palani (CSR Lead, IFF), Mr. Nishant Shah (Director, ARCH Development Foundation), Ms. Sonkee Shah (CEO, ARCH Development Foundation), Mr. Krishnaiah (Mandal Education Officer), along with the IFF team and school leaders, shared their insights and experiences from the program.

Student participation brought energy to the event, while school headmasters spoke about their transformative journey with the initiative. IFF volunteers and trainers were honored with mementos for their valuable contributions. All 15 project schools were felicitated, and 30 outstanding students received trophies for academic excellence.

The gathering not only celebrated achievements but also reaffirmed the importance of joyful learning in creating meaningful educational experiences.
