The members and office-bearers of the SHGs promoted under the project 'UNNATI' were provided systematic training to bring about qualitative changes in their attitude and to promote cohesion and the effective functioning of the group. The main objective of this training was to enhance the leadership quality, team-building spirit and help them to identify their inner strength and aspirations.
