Capacity Buidling Training for Teachers

A capacity building workshop was held at Kurumbapalayam GHS for 26 teachers from 9 project schools under the Joy of Learning Project, Coimbatore. Facilitated by Mr. Vikram and Ms. Vidhya from Skill on Biz, the workshop focused on enhancing personal and professional skills through interactive sessions and practical activities.

Key topics included Work-Life Balance, Stress Management, Financial Management, Teacher Leadership, and Mental Well-being. The engaging format encouraged active participation, peer learning, and practical takeaways. The session fostered a positive environment for continuous growth and collaboration among teachers.
