Urban slums are not new to our country. However a slum consisting 25-30 households surrounded by Skyscrapers and development has been in the dark for more than two decades. The effect…….multiple, however for ARCH – the result was bigger than the reason as with the Pandemic and no lights – the children who wanted to continue learning had no access to any form in absence of electricity.
