About the Organization:
ARCH (Advanced Resource Centre for Humanitarian) Development Foundation is a non-profit organization (registered as Section 8) located in Vadodara working towards development activities mainly focused on education, women empowerment, skill and livelihood and financial literacy to name a few. Key Responsibilities:
Draft donor reports, field stories, and knowledge products in line with branding guidelines
Document success stories, interviews, and outcomes for visibility and advocacy
Assist in proposal writing and concept note development for new CSR projects
Work with field teams to gather data, photos, and progress updates
Maintain MIS and support in monitoring frameworks and outcome tracking
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
Familiarity with impact evaluation tools, infographics, and donor communication practices
Qualification:
Degree in Development Communication, Social Work, English, or Journalism
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation/reporting in the development sector
