Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project Coordinator, Subject Matter Experts and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project.
Mobilizing, selecting and empowering potential women SHGs, Cluster in project locations.
Design, plan and upgrade entrepreneurship and enterprise development training materials including, but not limited to, Training curriculum, Training.
Deliver entrepreneurship training by following the Training Schedule with quality standard as per our norms.
Assist and mentor beneficiaries in areas including development of business plans, concepts.
Engage trainees actively in training through multiple innovative training methodologies to maximize training outputs.
Identify business opportunities in target area and provide beneficiaries with guidance on the choice of start-up businesses as per the project plan.
Conduct Skill Development activities- Production Technology and entrepreneurial value chain.
Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages.
Post programme follow up and hand holding of beneficiaries through trainings and mentoring.
Any other work/activity as assigned by the Management.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Essential
• Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in community mobilization, skill training, or SHG-based projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with rural communities.
• Ability to organize and facilitate small group sessions and workshops.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with report writing.
• Proficiency in local language and English.
Desirable
• Previous experience working with SHGs or women-centric livelihood projects.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and SHG documentation practices.
• Familiarity with government livelihood schemes and financial support for SHGs.
Qualification:
Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
1-2 years in skill training, community engagement, or related areas
